If you call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, contact details, and anything you write or say. If you become a client, we collect health and training information you share with us in person and in your training app, including goals, history, and progress measurements.

How we use it

We use your information solely to communicate with you and to deliver coaching services you've signed up for. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't request.

Tracking on this website

This website is a fully static brochure site. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site. Your browser may store standard technical files for site rendering.

Third parties

We use mainstream tools to run a coaching practice — phone, email, payment processing, and training-app software. Each of those tools has its own privacy policy. We share only the information necessary for those tools to function.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email boiiquay100@gmail.com and we'll respond within seven days.

Children

This website and our coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 and older.
