Six doors. Same coach. One rebuild.

Pricing depends on your container, your goals, and how often we'll be in the gym together. We talk before any of that. Pick the door that fits.

12-week rebuild · 1-on-1 personal training

The Phoenix Protocol

The Phoenix Protocol is the door I open for almost every new client. It is the first twelve weeks I run with anyone whose body has been through a war — addiction, trauma, surgery, postpartum, a decade in a desk chair, a return from a serious diagnosis. The goal of week one is not to get strong. It is to convince a guarded nervous system that the gym is a safe place to be.

Phase 1 is two sessions a week, forty-five minutes, light loads, no soreness. We pattern the four big movements — hinge, squat, push, pull — and we let the body remember what it knows. Phase 2 adds a third session, a working set, weak-link blocks, and a protein floor. By the end of Phase 2 your sleep is restored and your appetite is honest. Phase 3 ends with a number on a board: a five-rep max in your strongest pattern, written, witnessed, and earned.

Phoenix is not a hypertrophy program. Phoenix is a chassis. What you build on it after — competition, aesthetics, sport, just life — is a separate conversation. But every client I take past week twelve goes there standing on a foundation that can carry the rest.

Sports-specific & rehabilitation training

Scar Tissue to Strength

Scar Tissue to Strength is built for the athlete coming back from serious injury and for the client who refuses to let an old MRI define their next decade. This is the deep weak-link work most coaches skip — anterior core, posterior chain, single-leg integrity, scapular control — programmed in blocks that respect tissue tolerance and reload progressively.

We work in close collaboration with your physical therapist or surgeon if you're still inside that window. Once you're clear, we build a return-to-play that is both honest and ambitious. I do not believe in 'coming back to 80%.' I believe in coming back to a different version of you — one that knows exactly how the injury happened and exactly how it won't happen again.

Sport-specific blocks are tailored to your demand profile. Combat athletes get rotational power and grip endurance. Lifters get bracing and positional strength. Endurance athletes get the strength work they've been skipping. Recreational athletes get the maintenance program their body has been begging for.

Ongoing 1-on-1 + nutrition + check-ins

Whole Life Integration System

The Integration System is the long game. Once you've graduated Phoenix or completed Scar Tissue to Strength, this is what keeps the rebuild standing for years instead of weeks. It is three to four sessions a week, a fully programmed nutrition floor, weekly check-ins, and the occasional hard conversation when life gets in the way.

Nutrition is real and unglamorous. We set a protein floor based on your goal bodyweight, a fiber target, and a hydration anchor. We do not chase a deficit unless your goals require one and your sleep can survive it. We do not push supplements. We use food, and we measure outcomes, not perfection.

Integration is for parents, peer leaders, and high performers who need a coach in their corner who understands that they are not a list of macros — they are a human being with a history, a family, and a calendar that does not always cooperate.

IV

Programming + weekly review

Online Coaching

Not in New Bern? Online coaching gives you the programming, the nutrition framework, and weekly video review of your lifts. We meet on Zoom every two weeks and I'm in your training app daily. It is not the same intensity as in-person — I won't pretend it is — but for the right client, the structure and accountability are enough.

Online clients tend to be either previous in-person grads who moved away, athletes with their own home gym, or self-coached lifters who finally want a second set of eyes. If you're brand new to the bar, I'll usually steer you toward Phoenix in person. The first twelve weeks deserve a coach in the room.

Body composition with a brain

Transformation Programs

If your goal is a body composition shift — fat down, muscle up, the version of you that fits in your own skin — we can build that. But we build it on top of a regulated nervous system, not at the expense of one.

Transformation Programs run twelve, sixteen, or twenty weeks depending on the gap between where you are and where you want to be. They include training, nutrition, recovery protocol, weekly photo and measurement check-ins, and a final reassessment. They do not include crash diets, cleanse products, or anything I wouldn't put my own kids on.

VI

Standalone or paired

Nutrition Planning

Nutrition without training is a slower vehicle, but for some clients it's the right place to start. Standalone nutrition planning includes a full intake, a custom macro framework, a meal-construction guide for your real life, and biweekly check-ins to adjust as your body responds.

Most clients eventually pair nutrition with training because the two compound. But if you're not ready for the gym yet, this is a legitimate door. We start where you are.

Your first week with me

No mystery. Here's exactly what week one looks like.

Monday

Intake call

45 minutes on the phone. History, goals, the honest conversation about what you've already tried.

Wednesday

Session one

Movement screen, four pattern primer, light loads. You leave un-sore, slightly annoyed, completely hooked.

Friday

Session two

We re-pattern, we add a tiny load, you go home before you're tired. We're building trust, not fatigue.

Sunday

Check-in

Five-minute message exchange. How did your sleep change? What did your body say back to you this week?

"Stop managing your symptoms. Start designing your life."
