Articles, case studies, and tools published on this site (including the nutrition calculator) are for general educational purposes only. Coaching services

Coaching services are provided under a separate written agreement signed before any training begins. That agreement governs scope, payment, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, and conduct. Nothing on this website creates a coaching relationship by itself.
